We are looking for energetic Picker/Packers to join our St. Louis, Missouri warehouse team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy are key to our logistics success, ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and promptly. This position involves navigating the warehouse, using scanning equipment, and carefully packaging products. We prioritize a Safe working environment, and all employees are required to follow established Safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role requires physical engagement, including frequent movement, bending, and significant Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package products securely for transit, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Stage packed orders for outbound shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet individual productivity goals while ensuring high accuracy.
- Support the overall logistics workflow by performing related tasks as needed.
- Participate in inventory checks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand order details and product information.
- Experience with packing materials and methods.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform consistent Lifting, standing, and walking.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and compliance with PPE requirements.
