Key Responsibilities
Leading Service Transition to Operations (TTO), ensuring operational readiness, and driving Define (DEF) and Execute (EXE) phase planning.
Identifying and onboarding resources with the necessary skills to deliver project outcomes.
Acting as the Test Manager, responsible for planning and executing end-to-end testing activities, including strategy definition, execution oversight, and defect resolution.
Leading Hypercare planning and execution, ensuring structured post-go-live support, and managing project closure activities, including financial closeout tasks such as closing of POs, WBS elements, and preparing final reports.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA and large-scale implementation projects is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a background in technology or engineering, and a proven ability to engage stakeholders across business and technical domains.
Project / Program Management Lead end-to-end technology work-streams across project phases to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with business readiness and global delivery standards.
DEF & EXE Planning Develop Define and Execute phase plans; identify and onboard skilled resources aligned with project needs, timeline, and budget constraints.
Testing & Hypercare Act as Test Manager to plan, execute, and manage SIT, UAT, and Regression testing; lead Hypercare planning and execution.
Compliance & Cybersecurity Ensure impacted SOx IT General Controls, Program Development, IT Automated Controls and Business process controls are identified and tested. Perform Cybersecurity compliance; manage assessments, controls, and manage internal & external audits.
Service Transition Drive smooth handover to operations to DevOps, including KT plan, documentation, support model, access provisioning, and operational readiness.
Financial & Risk Management Drive Investment related activities (IAR, SAR), manage budgets and forecasts to meet defined financial KPIs. Carry out financial closeout (POs, WBS) activities; manage RAID logs and risk mitigation.
Vendor Management Oversee vendor performance, billing, and support; ensure delivery is on track and aligned with project plans.
Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business leads, offshore teams, and global stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and governance.
Requirements
Postgraduate degree such as MBA or PGDM in IT Management or a related field.
7+ years of experience in technology project management within consulting or enterprise environments.
Proven experience in Test Management within SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms implementation project.
Experience in service transition and operational readiness planning.
Strong understanding of SOx compliance, cybersecurity frameworks, and audit processes.
Knowledge of ITGC, automated controls, and business process controls.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
Understanding of Data Migration & Validation, Vendor Management & Governance.
Proven experience in managing Hypercare phases, incident triage, and stabilization activities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
