Finning (UK) Ltd – the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer. We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell Caterpillar machinery, attachments and service packages. Key Responsibilities
Proactively make outbound calls to convert leads into sales of new and used machinery, attachments and service packages. Host customers at our regional branch, providing walk‑arounds, finalising deals and ensuring a seamless collection experience. Maintain accurate customer records and machine population data to support marketing initiatives and repeat business. Actively promote marketing campaigns, events and promotions to drive sales. Collaborate closely with the regional field‑sales team and Cat Financial Services to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. Identify and qualify new opportunities, meeting target revenue and appointment goals. Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Proactive outbound B2B sales skills and professional telephone manner. Experience in machinery sales desirable (Plant, Agriculture, or Automotive). Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and KPIs. Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities. Excellent communication and customer service capabilities. Self‑motivated with a strong drive to succeed. Innovative and analytical thinker. Proficiency in CRM systems and PC applications. Understanding of database marketing. What We Offer
