What Youll Be Doing As our Internal Sales Coordinator, youll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, including: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls Preparing quotations for Asphalt and Aggregates products Negotiating prices and ensuring competitive, customer-focused solutions Working to agreed performance targets and KPIs Collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey Supporting a small, dedicated team as part of a shared success culture What Were Looking For You dont need an industry background - just the right mindset and transferable skills. Wed love to hear from you if you: Have experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role Are confident communicating with people at all levels Can multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting others Are proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated to meet goals Are adaptable, organised, and comfortable working with KPIs Are IT-literate and quick to pick up new systems Were committed to creating a dynamic, inclusive workplace where people thrive.
