About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you're the go-to resource for customers who need clarity, guidance, or help resolving an issue. You'll handle inquiries with accuracy and empathy, provide clear solutions, and ensure every interaction feels seamless and supportive.

This role blends problem-solving, communication, and product knowledge. You'll help maintain our service standards, support smooth workflows across teams, and create positive experiences that keep customers returning.

If this sounds like you, you may be the Rockstar Customer Support Specialist we're looking for.

Duties and Responsibilities

We produce custom portable backdrops for events and exhibitions. Your role is to support customers throughout the order and post-purchase experience.

You will:

  • Resolve customer service issues, including lost packages, urgent timelines, or shipping concerns
  • Follow through on claims and ensure customers stay informed at every step
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure customer needs and deadlines are met
  • Track and manage multiple client timelines
  • Work with clients across entertainment, medical, finance, tech, nonprofit, and more
  • Coordinate with internal teams on artwork, production, and delivery
  • Assist customers with purchasing their display and understanding product options

Experience and Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in customer service or product support (1+ year preferred)
  • Comfortable communicating with a high volume of customers daily
  • Positive, upbeat, and solution-oriented
  • A team player who also works well independently without micromanagement
  • Detail-oriented, quick to learn, and technologically capable
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Professional, reliable, and accountable
