Inside Sales Representative/ Purchasing

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate product information, pricing, and quotes.
• Process and manage customer orders using Sage Business Vision.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion and delivery of orders.
• Provide tracking updates to both customers and sales representatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Analyze customer sales data and trends.
• Assist in purchasing raw materials, components, and supplies in accordance with company requirements
• Prepare and issue purchase orders to approved vendors
• Monitor order confirmations, delivery schedules, and lead times
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays
• Verify pricing, quantities, and specifications against purchase orders
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and accounting teams to support inventory needs
• Assist Operations Manager with all duties

Profile / Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related inside sales or customer service experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
• Supervisory experience and proven leadership abilities are an asset.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Adaptable, flexible, and skilled in critical thinking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
