Restaurant kitchen helper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey central resident for Dishwasher/ Kitchen Helper position to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in ensuring dishes are throughly cleaned, assist with food preparation, handling, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. Duties:

• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks

• Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils

• Organize and stock ingredients and supplies

• Help with receiving and storing food deliveries

• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

• Assist in setting up and breaking down food stations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
