Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Rental Property Administrator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

· Champion Customer Service: Be the trusted point of contact, responding to tenant needs with empathy and efficiency.

· Guide Tenancy Journeys: Manage leases, renewals, and pre-move-in coordination to create seamless experiences.

· Ensure Quality Living Spaces: Oversee inspections, unit turnovers, and service requests to keep properties at their best.

· Elevate Standards: Conduct property inspections and ensure common areas reflect pride and care.

· Harness Technology: Use digital tools and AI-driven processes to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.

· Document with Precision: Prepare and manage lease documentation with accuracy and professionalism.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
