The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving quality initiatives across projects, mentoring teams, and ensuring delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performing applications. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and domain knowledge to establish best practices and influence product quality strategy.

Strong troubleshooting/problem solving abilities

Well-versed with JIRA, confluence and Service now
