Job Description

We are looking for passionate, creative and driven Junior Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team at our newest location in Vaughan - 898 Portage Parkway (near subway line).

Candidates must have a passion for Italian cuisine, seasonality and great products while also being able to understand and manage their stations and working on amazing food.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and love of Italian Cuisine
  • 2 years minimum experience on a similar role
  • Able to execute detail dishes with high cover counts
  • Diploma from a Culinary school an asset
  • Excellent social and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with the Executive chef and Sous Chef team
  • High attention to detail
  • Valid Canadian Work Permit and Social Insurance Number (SIN) required
