Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing data entries, and supporting sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valued to assist a diverse customer base. The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within our CRM system to ensure up-to-date customer records
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently
- Support sales efforts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding customer needs
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold company standards
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling high-volume interactions in a courteous manner
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not required
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
- Experience with sales techniques such as upselling or cross-selling is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic setting
