Full-Stack Engineer

Parabellyx is seeking a skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join our LUMA product team full-time. You will be working hands-on across the stack from design and implementation to deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thinks analytically, and takes pride in delivering reliable, well-tested, high-quality software. 

Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship. Must pass CPIC background check and provide references when requested.

Core technologies:

Angular/TypeScript, React, C#/.NET Core (APIs/services), PostgreSQL, and Azure (App Services, Azure AD/Azure AD B2C), with ownership of CI/CD (Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions). 

What you'll do

• Build product features across Angular (front end) and .NET (APIs/services).
• Implement and optimize data-heavy UI experiences (dashboards, tables, filters, tree views, drilldowns).
• Improve UX performance for large datasets (pagination/virtualization, caching, API efficiency).
• Support the development of an Angular dashboard using Kendo UI and .NET Core backend services and APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query writing, and performance optimization as needed.
• Deploy and troubleshoot web applications on Azure.
• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines (Git/ Azure DevOps), including build, test, and release workflows.
• Write and maintain unit tests for your code units (front end + API).
• Collaborate with Product, design, and engineering to scope work, estimate effort, and deliver iteratively.

Qualifications
:

Required

• Proven experience working with the Microsoft .NET Core framework and strong proficiency in Angular web application development.
• Solid understanding of data architecture principles and how backend services support large-scale data exploration.
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, complex queries, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experience deploying, operating, and troubleshooting applications in Azure environments.
• Familiarity with Azure App Services and Azure AD / Azure AD B2C.
• Experience owning or contributing to CI/CD pipelines
• Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver in a fast-moving product environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python/ Pandas
• Familiarity with containerized deployments / Docker.
• Experience with Azure AD B2C integrations and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience with AWS services
• Exposure to cybersecurity products is an asset
