Starting at $22/hour
Automatic $1/hour raise every 4 weeks, up to $32/hour within 10 months, based on continued performance and reliability. Future opportunities to increase earnings as well.
Job Description:
We are an international e-commerce company operating multiple consumer brands in sunglasses, watches, and apparel. Our brands sell globally and are managed hands-on by a small, focused team.
We are looking for a fully committed Brand Manager / Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of our brands. This role requires ownership, reliability, and flexibility. We are not looking for someone who wants a side job or a temporary role — we are looking for someone who wants to be fully onboard and grow with the company.
Core Responsibilities
This role covers the operational backbone of our brands, including:
Brand & Social Media
Posting and managing Instagram stories and basic social content
Managing social media accounts across multiple brands
Maintaining consistent brand voice and presentation
Organizing content and promotion schedules
Customer Support
Handling customer emails and messages professionally
Resolving order, shipping, and product-related questions
Coordinating internally to resolve issues quickly
Operations & Inventory
Monitoring inventory levels and placing reorders
Coordinating with suppliers and fulfillment partners
Tracking orders, shipments, and delivery issues
Supporting international operations as needed
Email Marketing
Sending scheduled email campaigns and updates
Managing email lists and basic follow-ups
Ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on time
Organization & Oversight
Organizing schedules, launches, and internal tasks
Keeping systems and records up to date
Assisting with general operations across all brands
Doing whatever is required to keep operations running smoothly
Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)
Applicants must meet all of the following:
Own a reliable vehicle
Hold a valid Canadian passport
Pass a criminal record check
Be willing and able to travel within Canada, the United States, or internationally with the team when required
Be available full-time and fully committed to the role

Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling responsibility across multiple brands
- Reliable, proactive, and self-directed
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with e-commerce, Shopify, customer support, or social media is an asset
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
Important Note:
This is not a casual role. This position requires commitment, flexibility, and the ability to travel when needed. If you are looking for a short-term job, part-time work, or a purely remote social media role, this position is not a fit.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
