Assistant Restaurant Manager

Locations: GOAT LaSalle and GOAT Lakeshore

The G.O.A.T. Tap & Eatery is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at our LaSalle and Lakeshore locations. This role is ideal for a capable leader with strong organizational, interpersonal, and strategic skills who can support both daily operations and long-term growth.

· Knowledge of labour costs, sales trends, and inventory management

· Qualified applicants only – must have 2-4 years of restaurant experience

What You'll Do:

· Support the GM in managing daily restaurant operations

· Lead and motivate both front and back of house teams

· Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through strong service standards

· Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development

· Monitor labour costs, inventory, and sales to ensure efficiency and profitability

· Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
