We're Qu.The RoleThis role is ideal for an intermediate-level, technically minded Business Systems Analyst who is ready to grow into a senior business systems role. You will help design the systems and processes that enable Qu's transition to full operational independence. This is a permanent role with substantial ownership and long-term growth.You will begin with the CRM replacement initiative and then transition into the Order Manager System modernization program. Over time, you will become a core member of the Applications & Process team, supporting continuous improvement and future system evolution.Reports to: Technology LeaderPhase 1: CRM Replacement (Months 1–9)
• Document current-state processes through interviews, observation, and workflow analysis.
• Design future-state CRM workflows optimized for data centre sales operations.
• Create detailed requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Participate in CRM platform evaluation and vendor selection.
• Partner with CRM implementation vendor on configuration and validation.
• Define Admin3 integration requirements and collaborate with developers.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and go-live activities.
• Produce end-to-end user guides and business process documentation.Phase 2: OMS (Admin3) Modernization (Months 9–24)
• Lead requirements and documentation activities for the Admin3 replacement effort.
• Document Admin3's existing functionality, data structures, and integrations.
• Design future-state order management, provisioning, and billing workflows.
• Work with the technical lead and OMS vendor/developers on design and build.
• Document CRM-to-OMS integration and workflow dependencies.
• Support data migration planning and execution.
• Lead user acceptance testing and training for operations teams.Note: Billing and invoicing will remain within the existing Admin3 scope; this role focuses on defining workflows and integrations that support future-state functionality.Ongoing Responsibilities
• Maintain requirements traceability and process documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across business and technical teams.
• Support ongoing business systems enhancements as the company scales.
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and vendors.
• Drive continuous improvement of workflows and system usability. Required QualificationsExperience
• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical BA.
• Participation in 2+ CRM implementations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, or similar).
• Proven experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
• Experience documenting system integrations and data flows.
• Strong process mapping and workflow design capabilities. Skills
• Understanding of CRM concepts (opportunities, quotes, workflows, integrations).
• Comfortable learning legacy systems and documenting them clearly.
• Understanding of API and system integration concepts (able to read technical specs).
• Ability to translate between business needs and technical behaviours.
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or equivalent tools.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills.
• Self-directed, with guidance available from technical and project leads.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.Preferred Qualifications
• Order management, ERP, or billing system experience.
• Knowledge of B2B sales and operations processes.
• Familiarity with quote-to-cash or order-to-fulfillment workflows.
• Experience with system modernization, migrations, or legacy replacement.
• Telecom, data centre, or infrastructure services industry experience.
• Carve-out or business transformation project experience.
