What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating crews, materials, deliveries, invoices, and scheduling
  • Tracking project progress and updates
  • Managing BC 1 calls and reporting
  • Supporting admin tasks: calls, meetings, reports, presentations
  • Dispatching our snow removal teams in the winter season

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in a coordination and logistics role
  • Thrives on fast paced and busy work environments
  • Valid driver's licence with clean record
  • Organized, adaptable, and detail-focused
  • Tech savvy – strong Microsoft Office skills (QuickBooks or LMN are a bonus)
  • Excellent communicator and problem-solver
  • Ability to work on call/overnights during the winter season as needed for dispatching

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Experience:

  • coordination/logistics: 1 year (preferred)
  • administrative support: 1 year (preferred)
  • microsoft suite : 1 year (preferred)
  • landscape/construction industry: 1 year (preferred)
