Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Millwork Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of millwork projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in architectural millwork, and the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and in-house teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial millwork projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, general contractors, and internal teams.
• Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to develop project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate production schedules with engineering, procurement, and shop floor operations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Track project milestones, manage change orders, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Oversee installation logistics and ensure final delivery meets client expectations.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all phases of the project.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial millwork project management or a related construction field.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, shop drawings, materials, and fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Excel or similar).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
