We're looking for someone who is sales-focused, approachable, and highly motivated. You will collaborate closely with the Studio Manager, leadership team, and Sales Associates to drive membership sales, deliver outstanding service, and create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors—members, prospects, vendors, and guests. You listen, communicate clearly, stay organized, and bring positive energy and fun to the studio every day.

• Experience in a sales or customer-focused role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or KPIs
• our ideal candidate must be comfortable and passionate achieving their sales quota
• Strong ability to build relationships, handle objections, and confidently present membership options
• Willingness to support and coach Sales Associates on best practices in sales, customer service, and follow-up
• Comfort executing in-studio and local marketing, social media, and outreach activities to drive leads and membership sales
• Confidence working with a base pay plus incentive/commission structure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
• Passion for health and wellness
• Dedicated team player who collaborates closely with the studio leadership team
• Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
