Responsibilities

  • Design and configure customized reporting solutions to deliver real-time insights on workforce trends, enabling strategic and data-driven human capital decisions
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools such as Power BI and the greater Power Platform to interpret complex datasets and produce detailed reports that support operational and business planning
  • Maintain data integrity by conducting audits, reviewing reports, regression testing and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness
  • Troubleshoot application issues and work towards timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and provide end-user support through training, incorporating business intelligence best practices
  • Learn the foundational processes in our Human Capital Management System (HCMS) to ensure understanding of underlying data and continuously maintain this knowledge through ongoing support
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the end-user experience and overall work processes
  • Work in collaboration with the Technology team, other internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between multiple business systems
  • Support the maintenance of system controls and security within multiple business systems
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the firm's services, businesses and industry
  • Continually expand knowledge through professional development and ongoing research of data technology and human capital management industry trends

Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in HR and data management
  • Experience gathering requirements, developing reports and preparing business and data analysis
  • Proven expertise in creating advanced reports and dashboards, with experience in Power BI, Power Platform and preparing data models
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas; experience with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services and Fabric is considered an asset
  • Proactive, flexible, dependable and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to communicate in French and English is considered an asset
  • Self-disciplined with proven experience working with remote teams
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Desire to collaborate and make an impact in a growing organization
  • Critical thinker who is motivated by continuous system improvement
