Position: 32 Pearls Dental – Float Team Member (Full-Time)

Location: 180 Pleasant Street, Dartmouth (On-site Position)

At 32 Pearls Dental, we're excited to welcome a friendly, adaptable, and motivated Float Team Member to our team. As a key part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with both our clinical and administrative staff, helping keep our office organized, efficient, and welcoming. From sterilization to patient flow to general organization, you'll play an important role in creating a smooth, safe, and inclusive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

Sterilization & Clinical Support

  • Perform instrument sterilization using proper infection-control protocols
  • Set up and break down treatment rooms as needed
  • Restock clinical areas with supplies and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Support the clinical team with general tasks to keep appointments running on time

Front Desk & Administrative Support (Light Duties)

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude
  • Help with directing patients, answering phones, and simple administrative tasks
  • Support appointment flow and communication between front desk and clinical teams

Housekeeping & Organization

  • Manage laundry, including cleaning, drying, folding, and restocking linens
  • Help maintain general organization in clinical and common areas
  • Assist with tidiness, storage systems, and ensuring supplies are well stocked

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
