Role Summary: NearSource is looking for a Senior Program Manager – HR Transformation to support a large-scale organisational redesign and operating model evolution within the People and HR function. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive execution, alignment, and governance across multiple transformation workstreams in a complex enterprise environment.
The role requires a seasoned program leader who brings structure, rigour, and visibility to high-impact initiatives while enabling consistent delivery and informed decision-making at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program management for HR and People transformation initiatives aligned with the enterprise operating model evolution
- Establish and manage a unified transformation portfolio, including milestones, dependencies, risks, KPIs, and outcomes across workstreams
- Design and implement governance routines to ensure prioritisation, transparency, and executive-level decision-making
- Ensure alignment between HR operating model changes, executive priorities, and broader enterprise initiatives
- Develop standardised templates, reporting mechanisms, and dashboards to enable disciplined execution and accountability
- Partner with workstream leads to structure delivery plans, define success metrics, and manage cross-functional dependencies
- Coordinate deliverables and integrate outputs across HR Centres of Excellence, business partners, and internal teams
- Program-manage initiatives focused on AI-enabled automation and process optimisation within HR workflows
- Manage and collaborate with external consulting partners to streamline handoffs, workflows, and engagement models
- Lead working sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk or issue resolution forums as required
- Proactively identify delivery risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues through defined governance channels
- Maintain a consistent operating rhythm across senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and HR leadership teams
- Support the preparation of executive updates, business reviews, and leadership communications
- Track adoption, change readiness, and business impact to ensure sustainable transformation outcomes
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience leading large-scale HR or People transformation programs
- Strong background in program and project management within complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience partnering closely with executive stakeholders and senior leadership
- Ability to design structure, governance, and process in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience managing external consulting or advisory partners
- Exposure to AI-enabled automation or technology-driven HR transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with portfolio dashboards or program tracking tools such as Airtable
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with attention to interdependencies and downstream impacts
