About
*Key Responsibilities*
* Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staff during the day shift
* Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality resident care in accordance with care plans
* Perform assessments, monitor resident conditions, and intervene as needed
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations (CMS, state survey standards)
* Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
* Address staffing needs, assignments, and performance concerns
* Participate in admissions, discharges, and care plan updates
* Respond to incidents, complete documentation, and follow up appropriately
* Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff
* Rotating weekends, some holidays
* Rotating on-call
*Qualifications*
* Active *Registered Nurse (RN) license* in good standing
* Minimum *1–2 years of supervisory or charge nurse experience* (long-term care preferred)
* Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
