*Position Summary*
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead a portfolio of operational and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role provides oversight of project delivery, ensures effective planning and execution, and supports cross‑functional alignment. The Program Manager leads a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Technical Project Coordinators, and Project Coordinators, offering coaching, structure, and direction while building scalable processes that promote high‑quality outcomes.
*Key Responsibilities*
*Program Leadership and Strategy*
* Provide strategic oversight for a multi‑project portfolio, ensuring initiatives are scoped, resourced, and delivered in alignment with organizational goals.
* Translate business priorities into actionable plans and program‑level roadmaps.
* Establish standardized methodologies, tools, and frameworks that promote transparency and operational discipline.
*Team Leadership and Development*
* Lead, coach, and develop project management and technical coordination staff in a culture grounded in accountability and collaboration.
* Allocate project assignments based on skill sets, workload, and organizational need.
* Provide continuous support and feedback to ensure team performance and growth.
*Project Governance and Execution*
* Implement program‑level governance, including status reporting, risk management, and change control processes.
* Monitor performance, identify gaps, and guide corrective action as needed.
* Ensure documentation, requirements, and technical handoffs meet organizational standards.
*Stakeholder Management and Communication*
* Serve as the primary point of escalation for project‑related issues and cross‑functional dependencies.
* Facilitate communication across leadership, technical teams, and business partners.
* Present updates, metrics, and insights to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
*Operational Excellence*
* Assess processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, predictability, and quality across the project lifecycle.
* Drive adoption of best practices in workflow management, resource planning, and forecasting.
* Support evaluation and implementation of tools or systems that enhance program operations.
*Qualifications and Competencies*
* Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience leading teams within an operational, technical, or project delivery environment.
* Strong background working with technical project teams or operational systems.
* Proven success managing complex, cross‑functional work.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
* Experience implementing or improving PMO frameworks.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship‑building skills.
* Demonstrated strengths in decision‑making, problem solving, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
* Results‑driven with high operational discipline.
* PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Lean certification preferred.
*Physical Requirements*
* Frequent sitting and typing.
* Regular communication via phone and email.
* Occasional lifting of files or boxes (up to 15 lbs).
* Ability to navigate both office filing systems and digital platforms.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
