IT Engineer

Flexible schedule, top compensation, and great benefits We are a seeking an IT engineer with managed service provider (MSP) experience to join our team. Candidates must live or plan to live within a 30 mile Seattle radius and have reliable transportation. Some percentage of your day may be working from home or other offsite locations providing desktop support to implementing complex IT solutions.

Technical skillset includes:

• Security best practices – multi-factor authentication, password policies, encryption
• Extensive experience with multiple editions of Windows Server/Active Directory/Group Policy (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025)
• Backup solutions – StorageCraft, Infrascale, Datto and VEEAM among others
• Networking skills – WAN, LAN, firewalls, wireless, vLAN, routing, DNS, DHCP (required)
• Cloud solutions – Amazon, Microsoft Azure/365, Google, other vertical applications
• Virtualization – VMWare, Hyper-V
• Desktop support expert – Windows, Mac OSX, hardware, software, virus prevention/mitigation

Non-technical skill requirements:

• Professional appearance and demeanor – Do you instill confidence with customers?
• Commitment to customer service – without this you need not apply
• Ability to communicate with anyone in an organization from front desk staff to the CEO of a company
• Great time management skills – stay on schedule and being efficient throughout the day
• Strong troubleshooting and amazing interpersonal skills.
