Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi-site security integration projects for national accounts. This role is responsible for overall project delivery — including budget, schedule, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and close-out. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award through close-out, including scheduling, procurement, and commissioning
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, vendors, and field teams
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and scopes
- Oversee subcontractor performance, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Lead internal and external project meetings and progress reviews
- Ensure accurate project documentation and close-out deliverables
- Support field installation teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience
- Minimum 5 years of field experience
- Prior project management experience in security integration, low-voltage, or related construction environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Proficiency with project management and office software tools
- Self-starter, motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
Preferred (Not Required)
- Project Management certification (any recognized certification)
- Six Sigma (any belt level)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical field
- Experience with national
