Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi-site security integration projects for national accounts. This role is responsible for overall project delivery — including budget, schedule, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and close-out. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through close-out, including scheduling, procurement, and commissioning
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, vendors, and field teams
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and scopes
• Oversee subcontractor performance, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Lead internal and external project meetings and progress reviews
• Ensure accurate project documentation and close-out deliverables
• Support field installation teams and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience
• Minimum 5 years of field experience
• Prior project management experience in security integration, low-voltage, or related construction environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Proficiency with project management and office software tools
• Self-starter, motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Preferred (Not Required)

• Project Management certification (any recognized certification)
• Six Sigma (any belt level)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical field
• Experience with national
