Position Summary
This position is responsible for advancing operational excellence and institutional effectiveness within UNMC. This position will develop and lead initiatives that streamline administrative, research, and academic support processes, enhance service delivery for students, faculty, researchers, and staff, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
The BPI Manager will partner with departments across campus to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, transparency, and alignment with the institution's strategic priorities. This role is critical in planning, organizing, and implementing end-user solutions and will help link the campus and IT to drive successful execution, providing diverse knowledge and management across the full project lifecycle.

- Must be able to use expertise of technical and business principles to exceed customer satisfaction and provide a high level of customer service to clients.
- Be willing to work effectively and efficiently to achieve, maintain and grow technical knowledge, skills and abilities by reading technical manuals and attending training sessions and conferences.
