Open Shifts:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to residents
• Administer medications and monitor health status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health management

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
