Ai Consultant

Are you an expert at "whispering" to AI models to get the perfect output? We are looking for a highly skilled AI Training Consultant to bridge the gap between raw AI potential and high-quality, professional-grade results.

In this role, you will focus on two cutting-edge verticals: perfecting generative video through advanced prompt engineering and optimizing conversational AI for automated receptionist services.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Prompt Engineering: Develop, test, and refine complex prompts for AI video models (e.g., Sora, Runway, Kling) to produce hyper-realistic, artifact-free footage.
• Model Calibration: Provide human-in-the-loop feedback to "correct" AI hallucinations and improve temporal consistency in video outputs.
• Voice AI Optimization: Configure and train AI Voice agents to handle receptionist duties, ensuring natural cadence, empathetic tone, and accurate information retrieval.
• Workflow Integration: Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) for non-technical teams to use these AI tools effectively.
• Quality Assurance: Audit AI-generated content and voice logs to ensure they meet brand standards and "pass" as human-quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• The "Technical Eye": Deep understanding of what makes a video look "real" (lighting, physics, frame rate) and how to prompt for those specific attributes.
• Linguistic Precision: Exceptional command of language to steer LLMs and Voice AI models toward specific personas and professional tones.
• Platform Expertise: Experience with tools like ElevenLabs, Vapi, Bland AI (for voice) and Midjourney, Runway, or Pika (for video).
• Problem Solving: A scientific approach to prompting—experimenting, documenting results, and iterating until the output is perfect.
• Portfolio: Ability to demonstrate previous work where you've significantly improved AI output through training or prompting.
