Prep Cook

Overview

Cold Harbor Brewing Company is a family-owned, community focused brewery in Westborough MA.

We are currently seeking motivated culinary professionals to fill a full-time Prep Cook position in our new facility. Prep Cooks and Line Cooks are an integral part of the kitchen at Cold Harbor and in conjunction with the Culinary Leadership shape the future of the restaurant.
Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team with empathy, humility, positivity and tenacity.
• Prepare food before meal service begins, including chopping vegetables, breaking down meat into serving sizes, making sauces, etc.
• Set up and stock kitchen stations
• Keep food stations clean and organized
• Comply with mandatory food safety standards and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
• Create a meaningful partnership and establish open lines of communication with the Catering Sales Manager, General Manager and Executive Chef.

Requirements

• Experience in an independent restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30+ pounds on occasion.
• Shift may require standing on feet for an extender duration.
• Stable employment history and references recommended.
• Must have flexible availability for both weekdays, nights and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
