Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Epic Clinical Analyst to join our healthcare technology team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in Epic electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical workflows to optimize data management, system design, and clinical operations. Your energetic approach will drive improvements in health information management, support clinical trials, and enhance patient care processes. Responsibilities:

• Build and support Epic Orders workflows
• Collaborate with clinical and ancillary teams
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and workflow validation
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives
• Ensure integration across Epic modules
• Respond to ServiceNow tickets

Requirements:

• Epic Orders Certification (Required)
• 7+ years of Epic implementation or operations support
• Strong knowledge of orders workflows
• Ability to convert workflow requirements into Epic configuration
• Experience as an Epic Orders Analyst or Builder

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Epic certifications (Clin Doc, BH, LTC, etc.)
• Experience with CMS, Joint Commission, and State compliance
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM experience
