A regional opening is available for newly licensed CDL-A drivers in the Tampa area. This role is designed for drivers beginning their professional careers who want steady miles, reliable pay, and structured support through paid onboarding and late-model equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Weekly pay: $1,250–$1,350
• Average 2,500+ miles per week
• Monthly performance and safety bonuses
• No-touch freight with a strong focus on drop-and-hook
• Assigned 2023+ tractors, including late-model Freightliner Cascadia units

Core Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate and compliant DOT logs and documentation
• Follow all company policies and federal safety requirements
• Keep consistent, professional communication with dispatch

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with current DOT medical certification
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and hair-follicle drug screening
• No DUI/DWI within the past five years
• Stable, verifiable employment history
