Pay: $14–$17 per hour, DOE + Tips
Pay Schedule: Biweekly

Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Bedford is looking for a reliable, hands-on Shift Leader to help guide our team through daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who's ready to take the next step in restaurant leadership, build real management experience, and support a high-performing, guest-focused environment.

We're looking for someone who sets the standard on the floor: dependable, confident, and committed to keeping the operation running smoothly while delivering strong service every time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead shifts and ensure strong execution throughout service
• Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with daily operations
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
• Coach and guide team members during service to ensure accuracy and speed
• Uphold all brand standards and store operating procedures
• Assist with basic inventory, waste tracking, and prep management
• Monitor service flow, guest satisfaction, and order accuracy
• Help maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation expectations
• Serve as the acting supervisor when management is not on-site

What We're Looking For:
• 6+ months of restaurant or hospitality experience required
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable leading a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
