This role will serve as the enterprise lead for topline and margin performance, delivering executive-ready analysis that drives better, faster business decisions. It will deepen NVI's understanding of revenue and gross-margin dynamics by partnering closely with Merchandising, Pricing, Marketing, Store Operations, and Accounting to connect financial outcomes to real business drivers. The manager owns sales and margin forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting frameworks that translate complex data into clear, actionable insight. In addition, this role will be responsible for improving the accuracy and speed of forecasting and leading modernization of FP&A tools and processes—advancing Oracle EPM and Power BI dashboards, automating manual reporting, and building the next generation of financial visibility.
What Would You Do? The Specifics.

  • Owns revenue and gross margin forecasting across all brands—analyzing trends, identifying drivers, deeply connecting KPIs, and proactively advising Brand Leadership, Merchandising, and Finance on opportunities and risks
  • Leads scenario modeling and business case evaluation to quantify sensitivities, test assumptions, and guide strategic and operational decisions.
  • Drives alignment and consensus across Merchandising, Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance, and Brand Leadership on comp builds, assumptions, and forecast outcomes—leading weekly and monthly reviews to communicate key insights.
  • Partners closely with, and reports to, the Director of Store and Brand Finance to connect brand-level and store-level P&L trends, ensuring accurate translation from store performance to consolidated results.
  • Supports long-range planning and continuous improvement by developing multi-year models, refining forecasting processes, and improving accuracy and efficiency.
  • Links forecasts to store-level KPIs—including traffic, conversion, ticket, pricing, and labor—to evaluate four-wall profitability and operational performance.
  • Drives reconciliations, data integrity, and automation by integrating Oracle EPM and Power BI, reconciling data across systems, and enabling faster, self-service insight.
  • Quantifies the impact of promotions, discounts, and merchandising initiatives on revenue and margin, ensuring leadership understands trade-offs and ROI.
  • Communicates financial performance clearly and confidently to senior leadership, providing timely, actionable insight that informs decisions.
  • Demonstrates initiative, analytical depth, and accountability—anticipating business needs, challenging assumptions, and raising the standard of FP&A excellence across the organization.
