New Smile Now is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced and patient-centered Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to support our growing full-arch implant program. This role is ideal for a CRNA who thrives in a predictable, organized surgical environment and is passionate about helping patients regain confidence, function, and quality of life through fixed implant solutions.

• You will be responsible for delivering safe, effective IV sedation and anesthesia for:

• Full-arch implant surgeries

• Zygomatic & complex implant procedures (if applicable)

• Extractions and grafting

• Surgical conversions (fixed provisional placement)

You'll partner closely with our surgical providers, surgical assistants, and clinical leads to ensure a smooth surgical day and predictable outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

A CRNA who is:

• Highly competent in IV sedation and monitoring in an outpatient surgical setting

• Calm, confident, and skilled at managing ASA II–III patients

• Passionate about patient comfort and safety

• Collaborative and able to integrate with a multi-provider implant team

• Excited to work in a specialized environment focused on full-arch excellence
