Inventory Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to be the one and only onsite team member overseeing all inventory operations at our Traverse City location. If you take pride in owning a piece of the puzzle and thrive when trusted with responsibility, this role is for you. While you'll be the go-to person onsite, you'll have a supportive remote team just a call or message away.

What You'll Do

• Plan and stage inventory for surgical cases, ensuring accuracy and readiness for every procedure
• Process inbound and outbound inventory, including implant totes, instruments, and loose items
• Track implant expiration dates and coordinate timely returns and replacements
• Communicate with our Grand Rapids office and sales team to manage borrowed inventory and product flow
• Conduct daily cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain precise records
• Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of inventory management experience (medical device or supply industry preferred)
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel; valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs. and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable, calm, and focused—ready to help wherever needed
