Skills & Experiences RequiredTechnical Skills
- Strong experience interacting with design, development, and testing teams throughout the hardware lifecycle
- Expertise in multi‑layer PCB design
- Proficiency in PCB layout, routing, and Gerber generation
- Hands-on experience with prototype manufacturing coordination
- Board bring-up, debugging, and on‑bench validation
- Ability to perform board rework, soldering, and component replacement as needed
- Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause problem‑solving capabilities
- Experience with change impact analysis and proper documentation practices
- Ability to generate test reports, validation summaries, and supporting documentation
- Skilled in handling PLM tools (Agile preferred) for uploading design files and creating change orders
- Experience updating Design History Files (DHF) or other regulated documentation systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, and/or Cadence Allegro for schematic capture and PCB layout
- Ability to choose suitable electrical components and build accurate BOMs
- Experience designing complex multilayer circuits, including RF, Bluetooth, and high‑speed signaling, with attention to signal integrity
- Familiarity with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Testability) best practices
- Ability to run integration, characterization, and prototype testing to verify design functionality
- Experience in performing parts equivalency analysis, especially for EOL/obsolescence replacements

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
