Job Overview:
As a key member of our Food & Beverage department, the Restaurant Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities:
· Operations Management:
o Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control.
o Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
o Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
o Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
· Team Leadership:
o Train restaurant staff.
o Motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service.
o Address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
· Guest Experience:
o Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
o Assist with seating and table management.
o Monitor guest satisfaction and take steps to improve service.
o Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently.
· Financial Management:
o Control costs and maximize revenue.
o Monitor and manage labor costs.
o Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role.
· Strong leadership and management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Food Handler's Certification (required).
· TIPS Certification (preferred).
