Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in customer support within a warehouse or logistics environment. Bilingual abilities and familiarity with call center operations are highly desirable to effectively serve a diverse customer base.

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions
  • Assist customers with order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving issues related to deliveries or product availability
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately within our systems, including updating client information and order details
  • Handle cash transactions when necessary with professionalism and accuracy
  • Conduct outbound calls for follow-up, surveys, or promotional outreach as needed
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and sales teams to coordinate client requests and resolve service issues
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other computer tools to document interactions and generate reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or client support roles
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
  • Ability to handle data entry accurately with good typing speed and analysis skills
  • Experience with outbound calling and cash handling preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in sales or client services is advantageous
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations or logistics is beneficial but not required

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
