Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables clearly and accurately.
- Manage project risks proactively through root cause analysis and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee vendor management activities including performance evaluations, and compliance monitoring.
- Implement quality management processes to uphold standards using methodologies.
- Conduct meetings regularly to facilitate progress updates, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive program development initiatives by applying business process modeling and process mapping techniques to streamline operations.
Experience
- Proven track record of supervising teams in fast-paced environments with demonstrated leadership in project management roles.
- Strong background in requirements analysis, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control across diverse projects.
- Proficiency with a variety of project management tools including Microsoft, Buildertrend.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively and present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Pay: $65, $110,000.00 per year
