Job Posting Title: Data Analyst – Leak Smarter Initiative

Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid)

Overview

The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Leak Smarter initiative by managing and analyzing complex healthcare distribution and operational data sets. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver actionable insights that help reduce leakage and improve business performance and clawback the lost revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to leakage, customer behavior, and operational performance.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track leakage metrics and trends.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Compliance) to identify leakage drivers and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support ETL processes and ensure data integrity across systems such as Snowflake and IQVIA.
  • Contribute to defining common leakage language and metrics for enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Assist in data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Skills

  • Advanced SQL and data manipulation techniques
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure)
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and present actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality assurance
