Scrum Master

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master & Agile Coach to guide Agile teams, support continuous improvement, and ensure effective delivery across multiple IT projects. The role involves coaching Scrum and Kanban teams, mentoring team leads, improving Agile processes, and partnering with leadership to drive organizational agility.
This hybrid role requires 2–3 days onsite each week in Georgia.

Essential Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, team planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Coach Scrum and Kanban teams to strengthen delivery practices
• Mentor team leads on Agile accountability, team facilitation, and servant-leadership
• Support Agile transformations and implementation of best practices
• Ensure Agile teams follow Scrum/Kanban frameworks and organizational standards
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency
• Partner with leadership to enhance Agile maturity across teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and measure team performance
• Promote collaboration among technical leads, team members, and stakeholders
• Assist with Agile reporting and documentation requirements
• Support teams using Atlassian tools, ServiceNow Agile modules, MS Teams, and Office 365

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience working with Agile teams
• 3 years of experience using Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), ServiceNow (ITSM & Agile modules), MS Teams, and Office 365
• Agile Certification required (Scrum Master certified at minimum)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coaching enterprise-level Agile teams
• Familiarity with both Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Strong communication and organizational leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.92 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
