DSP (Direct Support Professional)

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and outings
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Ensure residents' rights are respected and upheld
- Maintain a safe and clean living environment
- Assist with mobility, including lifting and transferring individuals as necessary

Qualifications:
- Experience in home care or community care is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and medication administration
- Ability to work with individuals with various mental health/mental disorders.
- Valid driver's license for transportation needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for others

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Projected Total Compensation: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
