We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a
Data Analyst (HR/TA
)
.
This will be a remote role based in the United States and will start as a 4- month contract with potential to extend.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs for the Talent Acquisition Team's Power BI dashboards
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and prepare data for analysis
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to visualize recruiting performance and trends
• Present analytical findings through Power BI dashboards and PowerPoint presentations, making insights clear and compelling for non-technical audiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and accuracy of metrics

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition analytics with understanding of recruiting workflows, processes, and key performance metrics
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and CTEs
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard design
• Ability to apply data storytelling principles and visualization techniques to make insights understandable and engaging for non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with ICIMs, including understanding of workflows and reporting capabilities
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookups , and advanced formulas

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python for data transformation and automation
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar data integration platforms

Pay Range

• The pay range for this position is $ 51.72 to $ 63.66 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.
