About

Oracle is seeking a forward-thinking Technical Program Manager to drive our Physical Security initiatives. As a key member of our Security Programs team, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of security infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will partner with cross-functional teams—including engineering, legal, compliance, and facilities—to define, design, and execute solutions that safeguard Oracle's physical assets globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the planning, design, and execution of complex, multi-phase physical security programs (including design, build, and construction).
  • Develop project requirements, work plans, schedules, and resource estimates; actively track and report on progress using established tools and methodologies.
  • Navigate ambiguity to define clear program objectives, scope, and deliverables, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present communications for executives and key stakeholders; create documentation, status reports, and briefing materials.
  • Champion best practices for program management by leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and contract terms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, Security, or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the design, build, and construction phases of physical security projects (5+ years preferred).
  • Proven skills in program/project planning, tracking, and execution in dynamic environments.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to define and drive programs with evolving requirements.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with program management and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a large, global enterprise.
  • Familiarity with security technologies and physical access control systems.
Experience managing third-party vendors and contractors.
