Role Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless manufacturing of commercial chillers
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
  • Monitor and evaluate manufacturing performance through testing and analysis, making necessary adjustments to meet production goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to safety and manufacturing
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on equipment, testing, and product build
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and sustainability
  • Analyze current process to identify and mitigate ergonomic risk
  • Design flexible workstations to efficiently respond to fluctuating seasonal demand

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or Electrical Engineering,
  • Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and proactive in communication and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
