Laborer/Heavy Equipment Operator

Location: On-site across Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Indiana
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 45–55 hours/week; occasional Saturdays

Role Responsibilities

• Understand and execute daily and weekly work plans
• Operate safely in all weather conditions
• Read and interpret construction drawings and layout stakes
• Operate dozers for bulk and finish grading (experience required)
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Adhere strictly to our Employee Safety Policy
• Arrive on time, alert, and prepared to work
• Available to work 40+ hours per week, including occasional Saturdays

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to motivate others
• Excellent multitasking and attention to detail
• Clear communicator—verbal, text, and phone
• Physically capable of lifting 50–75 lbs on rugged terrain
• Respectful of other crew members and their contributions
• Time management and self-discipline are essential
• Operator - 2–3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
