M-F 08:30 - 4:30 PM with occasional weekend coverage and after‑hours support as needed to meet program needs.

This is an interim position with a tentative duration of up to three months, with the possibility of extension based on program needs.
What you bring to SBHG:
- Master's degree in social work, marriage & family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university required.
- (5) years' full-time experience in the mental health field with at least 2 years' experience working post-licensure. This experience must include at least one of the following areas: providing direct-care services to adolescents and/or transitional-age youth; working with County mental health, child welfare, hospital mental health, and/or juvenile probation systems and services.
- (1) year clinical supervisory or leadership experience required. Acute, inpatient mental health care experience preferred.
- Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC plus 2 years' post-licensure experience and ability to provide Clinical Supervision to BBS-registered associates.
How you will make a difference:
- Hires, trains, and supervises Program Directors as assigned
- Oversees the operational and clinical functions of assigned clinical programs.
- Ensures accurate and thorough oversight of clinical services and documentation provided by all staff.
- Provides oversight of clinical and operational supervision provided by Director, Coordinators and Supervisors.
- Acts as a consultant to managers and staff to assist in the development of accurate and high-quality assessments and plans of care for clients and families.
- Develops and maintains a productive work relationship with Federal, State, County and local agency representatives.
- Partners with the Training and Quality Assurance to identify training needs and provide guidance.
- Provides training to Director, Coordinators and Supervisors with an emphasis on clinical oversight of direct-care staff.
- Partners with the Psychiatry Department to ensure their services are integrated into the clinical treatment with the highest level of quality attainable.
Division/Program Overview:
- 24/7 inpatient involuntary program
- 16-bed facility for acute youth (ages 5-17)
- Intensive treatment programs with individualized care plans
- Available for contracting Central Valley counties
- Moves clients through five phases: admission; engagement; learning; stabilization and linkage to resources and aftercare
