Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical delivery of a project under the leadership of the Senior Architect from project inception to completion.
  • Preparation, review and approval of construction documents, specifications, shop drawings and submittals to meet contracted scope of work and ensure correct interpretation and application of Design and Drafting Principles.
  • Perform code reviews.
  • Engage in business development, helping create proposals and prepare for interviews, finding creative solutions to present to prospective clients and scheduling and breaking down construction costs.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or higher in Architecture, and minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the building industry, minimum of four years after licensing.
  • Licensure in Architecture (NCARB).
  • Excellent design skills, ensure project detail and plan quality meet Client and project standard.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding organization, attentiveness to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize strategically and demonstrate flexibility to achieve long-range goals.
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam, with a strong understanding of how to utilize these tools for effective design and seamless collaboration.
