Reports to: Manager of Leadership Program Development
Location: Walnut Creek Facility (2150 SR39, Sugarcreek OH 44681)
Hours: 8:00am-4:30PM, Monday-Friday
Summary:

The Leadership Development Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Leadership Development team by coordinating processes, managing program logistics, and maintaining strong communication with leaders and various departments. They are detail-oriented and thrive within established guidelines and structures, and demonstrate a strong passion for culture, people development, and team collaboration. This role plays a key part in creating an environment for ProVia's emerging and active leaders to thrive.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Uphold and model ProVia's Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and managing all assigned Leadership Development programs and initiatives.
- Maintain leadership development data and tracking, such as attendance records, emerging leader applicants, and individual development paths using Smartsheet.
- Build relationships and support emerging and active leaders.
- Contribute to team and program improvements by identifying gaps, offering ideas, and supporting the implementation of new initiatives.
- Serve as a Predictive Index Practitioner.
- Stay current with industry best practices by attending seminars, workshops, and training to enhance professional development and knowledge.
- Perform additional tasks related to Corporate Care as assigned.

- Demonstrates disciplined follow-through and reliability in executing tasks, tracking progress, and supporting team initiatives.

Technology
- Proficient with technology and able to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools.
- Comfortable working within platforms such as Smartsheet and other digital tools used for tracking, reporting, and communication.
Qualifications:
- Resume with one 1-year in project or program administration.
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office Suite.
Travel:
Local travel between all Ohio facilities and occasional travel to the Booneville, MS facility. Mileage reimbursement is available for travel outside the normal commute.
