Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of facilities, overseeing daily warehouse operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring efficient product flow. They are responsible for maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising Staff: Leading and motivating warehouse employees, training new hires, and evaluating performance.
• Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with procurement and other departments.
• Safety and Security: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and implementing security measures.
• Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency.
• Communication and Coordination: Effectively communicating with staff, other departments, and upper management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience: At least two years of warehouse supervisory experience. Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations: Familiarity with inventory management systems, shipping and receiving procedures, and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Organizational and time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and make sound decisions.
